Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be free of any perfume, makeup, or deodorant stains.
- Custom-made or tailored items are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately with:

- Photos of the item
We will offer a full refund, replacement, or alternative solution at no extra cost.
