Thank you for your purchase from Ayda Sumayah! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, So we offer a return and refund policy for unworn and unwashed products.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  • You can return any unworn and unwashed product within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • We will not accept returns for used items due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process:

  • We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding the original delivery fee.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
